Mark McKinley - Elevators - Southern California
Mark started as a wheelchair lift project manager and now tackles the larger job of
elevator management. Mark brings his administrative skills to the job and help direct
and process all the projects to the point of installation.





Manny Romero - Wheelchair lifts - Southern California
Manny has years of experience handling projects of all sizes. His duties have varied
throughout the McKinley product range, from industrial products to his current duties
overseeing all of the wheelchair lifts installed in California and Nevada.





Jim Martinez- Elevators - Southern California
Jim has served at McKinley since 1998 as the Service Manager of McKinley Equipment
Corporation, where he controlled a department numbering over 30 people. He then decided
he needed a change of pace, a new challenge to take on. Elevators have provided Jim a
place to use his organizational skills and his attention to detail that he exhibited in his prior
job. Jim's area will encompass the initial stages of each project, including the drawings,
approvals, early job site evaluations, and other project decisions to be determined prior
to ordering. Any needs on your elevator project, Jim is ready to help.



Ernie Sivero - Elevators California
Ernie is a licensed elevator technician and brings a wealth of knowledge to the job.
He performs field supervision and site preparedness visits. He performs all the inspection
control and works in training with all the technicians.






Chuck VanderHill - Wheelchair lifts Southern California
Chuck has a technician background and has grown that into his current supervisory
duties. He is responsible for all job preparation visits and finishes it through the State
of California or City of Los Angeles inspection and permit issuance. Chuck is a licensed
elevator technician in the State and the City of Los Angeles.

Brad Byrd - Wheelchair lifts Northern California
Brad oversees all the installations and service work performed in Northern California.
He is capable of doing the work himself, but also supervises and performs the job site
pre-installation visits. He then attends the inspections and gets the final permit approved
by the governing agency.
